Low Season: October 1 – April 30.  US$ 275

BOOKING TERMS

If you would like to make a booking, a 25% non-refundable deposit is required.

This deposit must be received within 7 days of confirmation. The deposit will be accepted as part payment of the total cost.

No bookings will be processed until a deposit and completed booking form are received.

Final payment is due 30 days prior to check in date. Failure to make the final payment by the due date will entitle Uluwatu Surf Villas to cancel your booking whereupon the deposit paid shall be forfeited.

If your booking is made inside 30 days of arrival the full fee is payable upon reservation.

CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

All cancellations must be made in writing.

If a booking is canceled up to 30 days before arrival, the 25% deposit is non-refundable.

If a booking is canceled within 30 days of arrival, and after the final payment has been made, there will be a cancellation fee of 50% of total cost.

If a booking is canceled within 10 days prior to arrival local time, no refund will be given.

If you fail to show up for any reason no refund will be given.

PAYMENTS

Payment can be made via bank transfer or credit card.  Credit card payments carry a 5% additional fee.

All bank transfer costs are the additional responsibility of the guest
