Mana Uluwatu proudly stands amidst the stunning grounds of Uluwatu Surf Villas and is open to outside guests. Dining is offered with a formal experience in the main upstairs dining area and also offers a more casual experience by the infinity pool, each with its own exquisite menu!

Mana invites you on a culinary voyage from coast to coast, featuring an array of sustainably sourced seafood, free-range poultry, and grass-fed beef, all masterfully infused with indigenous Indonesian spices. This culinary journey also extends its support to local farmers from Bali’s hinterland regions. All these mouthwatering dishes are presented in a captivating open-air pavilion meticulously crafted from reclaimed teak and ironwood.
