Mana × Cuca Kitchen Takeover

On 6 June, Chef Kevin Cherkas of Cuca takes over Mana’s kitchen for one night. Cherkas trained at Arzak, elBulli, and Daniel before bringing that instinct to Bali — locally sourced, Michelin Guide recognised. Seven courses from 5:30pm. Pork buns, smoked butterfish, mulberry cheesecake.

Pagi Bumi — The Floating Villa

Three cabins. 33 metres of classic Phinisi, hand-built in South Sulawesi from ironwood and teak. A rooftop deck, a chef on board, and a silent anchor experience in places most boats never reach.
