Set on the front row of the cliff, this three bedroom villa looks directly out over the ocean. A roof of reclaimed ironwood shingles, large sliding glass doors, and locally handmade furniture define an open, grounded living space, finished with sustainable timbers, copper fixtures, and selected works from the USV art collection.
The master bedroom features a king bed and open-air en-suite bathroom. One oceanfront king bedroom and one twin bedroom set further back share an en-suite toilet, though each with their own shower and air conditioning. The open-plan living area includes a fully serviced kitchen, dining table for six, and a lounge with indigo-dyed cushions, all opening onto the terrace and steady ocean airflow.
Outside, a nine meter saltwater pool runs alongside the terrace, with deck chairs, a shaded bale, and a solid wood table arranged for outdoor meals and long afternoons. Filtered, UV-sterilised drinking water is available throughout the villa, with Wi-Fi, in-room safes, and exclusive stair access to the beach provided.
