Formerly known as Residence 7, this three bedroom villa, designed by Jay Nelson, is built from locally sourced reclaimed teak, with a material palette that carries warmth, texture, and a quiet sense of age. The timber runs throughout; structural, visible, and hand-finished, giving the space a grounded yet playful feel.
The main two story structure holds two king bedrooms on the lower level, each with an en suite and doors that open directly onto the pool deck. Mornings tend to start here, with the water close and the rest of the villa still quiet. Upstairs, the living space is open and elevated with a fully equipped kitchen, lounge, and large balcony arranged to catch light, breeze, and the wider outlook.
The master bedroom sits as a separate unit beside the saltwater pool, slightly removed from the main house. It allows for a different rhythm, more private, more contained, while still connected to the flow of the villa as a whole.
The layout is simple but considered. Shared areas open and social, bedrooms more settled and inward. Everything built to move easily between time together and time apart.
